Bishop Jeo said, "This new mission would not have been entrusted to us if we have not been effective in building the community in San Jose Mangagawa". The bishop has indebted it to to founding leaders and members of the community for their unwavering support to make the mission grow and alive. The San Jose Mangagawa Mission Community has become a model by other communities under NAORCC,Us,AoC because of how they progress, improve, and become active community.
In his absence, Bp. Joe appointed Fr. Edwin Escleto as Vicar 1 (Assistant Parish Priest) to take care of San Jose Mangagawa Mission Community with the help of Edward Loberiano and Fr. Rence Galbo.
